Administrative Assistant (Gross salary 20k ) We are a Human Resource Consultancy firm based in Westland’s and are looking for an Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Organizing the office Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing Answering telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and directing them to the appropriate persons Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments on behalf of the director Dealing with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the director Carrying out background research and presenting findings Following up on creditors Scheduling candidates for interviews Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the director is well-prepared for meetings Liaising with clients, and other staff Minimum qualifications, skills and competencies A Maximum of a diploma in Business Administration or related field Excellent telephone and office etiquette Ability to write for this position will require someone to write cvs and also articles at times Ability to effectively use standard office software, such as MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel for this position will require someone to help in recruitment especially shortlisting) Ability to work independently Presentable and very smart. Dependable, responsible, reliable and attentive to detail Honesty and confidentiality is key for this position. The suitable candidate should have some experience in sales They should also not be working for this position will require someone to start immediately
