The Program Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's operational functions across all the service delivery channels. Working with the Country Management Team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. The position will be based at the support office but with heavy field travel based on approved monthly work plans / schedules
