Legal Manager - Litigation and Retail Job Ref: CS 06/2012 The Position Reporting to the Head of Legal Services, the role will, among others, manage cases filed against or by the Bank other than debt-recovery cases and ensure that court orders served on the Bank are complied with as necessary. The job holder will also ensure that the Bank’s interests are not prejudiced either before court, in the public domain.
