Our client, a leading Commercial Bank in Kenya is in the process of implementing a document management system and is actively looking for a Document Management Application Specialis t to support its document & records management environment along with other integrated systems such as workflow systems. Working as part of the Infrastructure team; in this varied role you will provide technical support, as well as performing some technical development in cohesion with other internal teams to ensure system stability. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring availability of the Document Management System (DMS) & Workflow Systems by conducting daily monitoring & responding to alerts.
