HOPE worldwide Kenya HIV Prevention Program Position: Coordinator - Most Vulnerable Children and Youth Reports to: HWWK Nuru Program Manager General description of the role: The Coordinator - Most Vulnerable Children and Youth is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementation and monitoring of interventions among Most Vulnerable Children in Embakasi, Makadara and Njiru sub-counties in Nairobi County. The coordinator will work in partnership with key stakeholders at the community level and will be will responsible for identification of most vulnerable children and other beneficiaries of the program using a participatory process as well as ensuring protection of children’s rights. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the required comprehensive Biomedical, Behavioral and Structural interventions are in place and provided either by HWWK or other stakeholders / collaborators.
