Position: Regional Team Leader Purpose of the Job: To maximise business and market share in the assigned area through efficient management of retail representatives, and co-operation with personnel. Main responsibilities and key tasks: 1) To lead, supervise and monitor Retail Representatives in assigned area 2) To manage relationship with key retailers in assigned area 3) To consolidate and report market intelligence and other reports 4) To assist in recruitment and training of new Retail Representatives 5) To participate in sales planning meetings and activities 6) To propose and implement promotional and tactical initiatives at POS to maximize sell-out Key job competencies: 1.
