A local Company is looking for Muslims to work as a Sales Accounts Assistant and a Stock Accountant. The posts are based in Nairobi and the following are the duties the two officers; Sales Accountant Producing invoices Generating sales reports Ensure customer credit limit is adhered to Generate credit note for overcharged customers Generate Debit notes for Undercharged customers Co-ordinate deliveries Running off turnover statements Sorting out any rebates and filing Ensure correct pricing on the generated Invoices Checking VAT has been included on invoices Providing creditors with VAT receipts Other administrative duties Stock Accountant Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using computer. Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory
