They seek to hire an assistant sales analyst. Duties & Responsibilities Collection, analysis, and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity Analyze sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales, and recommend promotion or change of personnel in under-productive departments Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast Guide field sales people executives in entering accurate data on Excel and generate reports Carefully review the performance of sales data from the field Make predictions of future performance Tabulate and present sales data to management in a clear concise manner Interpret numbers and come up with easily understood information Using Excel spreadsheets create excellent sales reports Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives Generate daily reports for all projects from sales data collected in the field Review and analyze results monthly on team performance Analysis of the current results per salesperson, SKU and areas Filing records and maintaining databases Qualification & Skills Minimum of Diploma in Statistics, Sales and Marketing 1 year proven experience analyzing sales data on Excel sheets Ability to prepare reports and graphs on Excel Advanced Excel Knowledge is an added advantage A Test will be issued to ascertain the knowledge Excellent communication skills Readiness to gain more experience Ability to capture and document sales data from numerous sources Go getter attitude If you are up to the challenge, posses the necessary qualification and experience, please send your CV only quoting the job title on the email subject (Assistant Sales Analyst Ksh 25K plus incentive) to vacancies@corporatestaffing.co.ke before 16th June, 2014 Kindly indicate Current/Last salary on your CV N.B: We do not charge any fee for receiving your CV nor for interviewing.
