Head Office Records Management Officer : UNES/AD/RO/03-12 Job Description Maintain good filing system and ensure security of records; Design and implement maintenance and tracking of records control tools; Ensuring access restriction; Organization of Finance, Personnel and General Registries; Liaise with the Heads of Units to design and implement records management policies and retention schedules of the organization; Preparing archival finding aids; Periodic surveys and appraisal of records; Assist all Units come up with a Master list of all documents; Ensuring that there is compliance with the National Archives and Documentation Act.
