Location: Nairobi Description: Stores/Warehouse Officer at Crown Paints in Nairobi – Kenya Jobs, Careers and Vacancies STORES /WAREHOUSE OFFICER Job role: Ensure effective Receipts and Issue of Raw Materials in the Stores / Warehouse Responsibilities: Co-ordination with Production and plan for the Raw Materials & Packing Materials Receipts of Materials in the stores and accurate updating of postings Timely issue of Materials to Production Section to ensure uninterrupted production Check Postings for Production Batches against Materials issued Daily Stock take for variances and Reconciliation of Stocks for Major Products Intimation to Purchase Department for Low Stocks Co-ordinating with Purchase Department and Suppliers for Vendor Managed Inventory of Raw Materials and Packing Materials Qualifications: A Person Holding Degree/Higher Diploma in Material Planning and Warehouse Management OR an equivalent from a recognised institution. Computer proficiency particularly in spreadsheets. Those who have used a SAP system will have an added advantage
